Thank You Father!

I thank you humbly dear Father, you have blessed me with peace and revelation this day! I am so thankful for your guidance!

A Voice is Calling to Me in My Silence

As I sit and pray, in my moment of silence I hear God speak. It is at that moment I praise Him
and thank Him for loving me enough to provide peace, favor, and love through the trials of life. Then, at that very moment my heart is so full of overwhelming joy because I know God loves me. He is concerned enough for me and the prayers I send up, to act on the very thing I am praying about. Whenever I take my special times to pray I always start out by asking the Lord "what would you have me to know today"? The first thing He always says is "I LOVE YOU". To know one day I will speak with Abraham, I can walk with Esther and Ruth, or sit at a table with the disciples. What joy to know this is all temporary, but while I am here to walk out what has already been written, my Father gave me a handbook for living just from Him. I look forward to the freshness of the day, to have tea with my Jesus, and ask Him what I should do today! Now that is amazing! In my silence I can truly hear so much!

Remarkable!

My husband's recovery is doing so good! His incision has been healing quite rapidly. We are truly blessed!

Miracles, Miracles are Everywhere!

January 15, 2010 God moments every minute! Before anything started at the hospital God impressed it on a friends husband's heart to come and pray for my husband, and brought his pastor too-GOD HANDLED IT! My husband's surgery started around 10:15 am and was supposed to last about three hours, but actually lasted closer to 5. God had given us peace the whole time, and oh my gosh how this day turned out. It was worse than the tests had shown, however although this was the case-GOD HANDLED IT! He got out of surgery, a little nauseated but good nurses were planted by God to help him-GOD HANDLED IT! He got to his room late that afternoon and wasn't in a whole lot of pain-GOD HANDLED IT! It was like a vapor, yesterday late afternoon my husband was coherent, eating more solid food, and discharged later that day-GOD HANDLED IT! Got home later that evening, my husband felt weak but was doing good and was trying to get a comfortable place to sleep, and did-GOD HANDLED IT! He slept pretty good, got up this morning and has been drinking better and ate a little. Each moment of the day gets better and better-GOD HANDLED IT! I give you praise Father that you hear our prayers, and you are healing my husband and bringing him through this surgery! Little by little, God moments around every corner! My husband had a level 3 cervical neck operation on 1/15, came home 1/16 after a slight fever and the drain tube taken out. Today, 1/17 he is doing absolutely amazing! GOD HANDLED IT! PRAISE THE LORD!

God Blows My Mind!

Today we had things to take care of in town. We dropped by our local thrift store to desperately hunt for some needed articles. The kids and all of us prayed for good favor wherever we went. Well, God did it again! Totally blew my mind, today's special was 3 pieces of clothing for a $1.00 and this included coats. We left there with a ton of stuff, each one of us needed a coat, and each of us got one. Thank you Lord for another answered prayer! Bless your wonderful name Father!

WORN!

I sit back and meditate on today, I realise no matter how trying it was: GOD WAS STILL IN CONTROL AND SAW ME THROUGH! I am ready to close today, and await the adventure once again for tomorrow. Thank you Lord! Thank you for a husband that prays for me! That is a blessing!

Beauty!

Beauty in white, even more than yesterday! How awesome is it that these little flakes of cold can hold such intricacy. It is like God crocheted each little piece for our eyes to behold! Thank you Lord!

Snowy Blanket

What a snowy blanket of white outside today! It is amazing to look at snow and the awesome qualities it contains. All of those unique snowflakes falling at the same time, yet all so different. Pure and never having touched human hands, falling oh so gently down from Heaven!

Chilly!

Today it is a frosty morning in Tennessee! The sun comes up to awaken the crystal forest, God speaks!

Oh SO Crazy!

Crazy day! I am glad GOD is in control and not me!
